On the ground floor:

• Bunk style sleeping accommodation for 22 in four separate bed rooms.
  (1 room sleeps 8 people, 1 room sleeps 6 people and 2 rooms sleep 4 people.)
• Drying room with drying facilities.
• 2 showers and a disabled toilet.

On the first floor:

• A large fitted kitchen with cookers, micro-wave, fridges, crockery and utensils.
• Male and female toilets, showers and washbasins with electric shaver points.
• Large dining room/lounge area with T.V.

The whole of the property is centrally heated and carpeted throughout. Free wifi is available for all guests. We ask that people car share where possible to save car parking spaces.

No bedding included. Our beds are equipped with mattress and pillow protectors only and we recommend that all guests bring sleeping bags and pillow cases with them. We can provide bedding if required at an extra cost.

Please note that due to the barnsteads close proximity to the caravan site, we are not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or noisy celebrations. Sorry no dogs allowed.
